| Take off the bottom hooks put on 5/0 -7/0 assist hooks and you will improve your hook up ratio Tuna like to eat from the side or front if at all possible If you have an assist hook on you hook them in the mouth plus you pull straight from the hook so they can't folcrum from the jig
I started using the willianson jigs but any that have the glow will be a good jig for lft I used 6oz vikes with great success in the past but the knife jigs dropped to the knot and ripped to the surface just like shimano's video is a fish killin method you have to do I watched a bite go from nothing to wfo with one vike jig about 10 years ago so I always do it when chunking even if I have to use cod bombs |
