Illegal to take female spiny lobsters or female kona crab (frog crab,spanner crab,ranina). Catches will be cut in half next season. Also sport and commercial fisheries lost prime tuna and marlin territory when north west hawaiian islands were declared a national monument. just some thoughts...J | ||
