Winter Flounder....10.................12 ".....................4/1 - 5/30.......... Tautog................4..................14 " ....................1/1 - 4/30.......... .................................................. ......................6/15 - 9/7.......... .................................................. ......................9/21 - 12/14...... Striped Bass.........2..................28 "...................... Year Round ...... Weakfish.............10.................16 " ..................... Year Round....... Black Sea Bass......25................12 " ..................... Year Round....... White Perch.........30..................7".............. .......... Year Round...... Bluefish ..............10 incl. snappers ...No min. length... Year Round...... Shad.............................................. .......................................... | Here's the DEP link for CT ... http://www.ct.gov/dep/lib/dep/fishin...nebrochure.pdf Summer Flounder (Fluke); Creel = 5; Min Lenght = 18"; Season = 4/20 - 9/5 Could have been much worse. What are the RI regs? | ||

| Well, for those of us in the Eastern Long Island Sound / Block Island Sound area, that sucks, oh well. Can keep 18" in CT, but 19" in RI. Time to hunt down some new grounds....and avoid the packs. | ||
