7-11 Bass Rain and Thunder

I wasnt going to beable to do any fishing this weekend due to Family stuff going on so I took MrsReelCrazy out after she got out of work. We made the run to a couple of Humps west of the Island. I knew we didnt have alot of time due to storms following us down the sound. We were armed with about 20 live bunker. It took us a few drift to find where the fish were holding. everytime I run there they are on a differant spot on the reef. Once they were located it was Hot for the next 1 1/2 hours. Every drift there was action. and we had a couple of double hook ups.
There were also 2 more fish caught on the RedNeck Little Guy plug.
This little Plug is proving its self everytime I use it. Its started to rain hard and we just kept saying 1 more drift. around 8:30 the wind picked up and we heard thunder so we left them biting. The total for the evening was 8 Bass from 23-30 pounds. The funny thing was Only 1 blue fish bite off.
This evening I was fighting a fish and Christi couldnt wait for me so she Netted her on fish. I wonder If I make her wait longer if she would unhook her fish and bait her own hooks. Then I could fish more
1 fish was kept due to going belly up after a release
