Bass @ Block

Sand eels seem to be petering out, tide kind of sucked this weekend,however did have one good day on sat. Trolled 9ers (red tube with flashers , my favorite) with a couple small keeper bass at the kidneys,didn't see many other bent rods, then over to the nun in front of black rock to drift eels. About a half dozen boats there , end of ebb, bingo 3 dandys and 2 lost in a half hour. Sun . headed back lickity split so I could tug a few fatso's without having to play nursemaid to anyone else , zippo. Mon. more customers to please, about 20 bluefish caught on prime rib($2.00 eels) they loved it ,but I had a pain in my wallet. Fluke fishing sucks for me . the only place I've had any decent sucess has been sakonnett point, my girl freind say's next week she's fishing on the 7 bs, seeing I can't satisfy her flukin needs

Good report Andre...you're not alone with the Fluke Not sure the party boats are doing any better. Was at the docks a week or so ago and didn't see many happy faces
