Hopefully they have insurance,or the means to repair.I can only imagine the internal damage done from the twisting and movement of it all .And we've had a pretty mild winter as far as coastal storms.

That was a barrier beach originally. Once they're gone, they're gone. Just like everywhere else. One of the risks of owning waterfront.
