Carl,

You can't catch blackfish at the dock. You will actually have to take your boat onto Long Island Sound in order to catch Tautog. In case you didn't know, Long Island Sound is that big body of water you see when you look outside of Branford Harbor.

Carl

its ok. I already tried to get some info from Matt. He said eggplant hill but i bet he isnt fishing there.

Its kinda like a 1 way street.

He bragged about spots about a month ago but now i guess they slipped his mind.

I think I know the spot you are looking for. That one may cost you. At least you won't have to worry about Carl being parked on the spot as he will be looking for the Long Island Sound.

EPH was the ticket in the spring. Large togs were taken right into July. Small jighead on light tackle. Asian cab on the jig head, cast it out and let the current bounce it across the bottom. Bang..

There you go, the StressReeliever tip of the day. Now all you have to do is get your boat over there and fish it.
