Fighting Chair

Anyone ever install a fighting Chair??? Going to be installing a chair on my buddy's GW Marlin. Please share any hints tricks shortcuts problems etc. Any help appreciated

Make sure the deck is solid. Make a backing plate out of SS and try to tie it into the stringers if possible. There is alot of info online about it, try a search. Different boats are different. For a small boat like that you may be better off with a fighting post. Pictures help.
