Thumbs down Final Chaos Report - 7/22 & 23,

Fished for Fluke off Hammonasset Saturday with the G-Man and Wally bass. Very slow pick, We managed to get 4 keeper Fluke and a couple of seabass.

Sunday was worse, we only managed 1 keeper Fluke at Hammonasset and a seabass south of Falkners. I didn't see many fish get caught in either spot.

Later Sunday, I took my daughter out to a reef south of Brown's and she caught a 22 inch (+/-) Weakfish while we were drifting for porgy's. Weekend salvaged!

Things have to pick up soon; I hope!

I also had a very quiet fishing weekend in Branford. Just some blue action and very little of that. From hot to cold.....

Long drifts from the Center of the beach towards Meigs Point in 50 to 80 feet of water.

I've been getting keepers in <15' and heard from others at the dock they're getting them in >70'. Last week I didn't do well off hammo in 45'-65' not a tap.
Did much better in >15'.
Nice weak your daughter got. Tell her congratulations for us.
