I fished with my friend Paul last Friday out of his boat which is docked in the Mystic River area. Also on board was another friend of mine; Paul from Monson. We left the dock around 5:30 a.m. and headed for the the Connecticut / Rhode Island shore. We started around Misquamicut Beach in 55 - 65 feet of water. We caught a few shorts and one keeper. We decided to head NE towards Charlestown. We fished a few spots along the way in approx. 45 - 60 feet of water and had some good action mainly shorts around 16 - 17 inches. We ended the day around noon with 10 nice Fluke ranging from 19 - 21 inches. | ||

| good job with the flatties! we've been having pretty much the same results in that area. the keepers seem to be getting smaller (18-22") while the shorts seem to be getting longer (18"+) keep ratio around 5 to 1 cheers! mick | ||
