Friend Looking For An 8 Man Charter

A coworker of mine if looking for a charter boat CT or RI that can take out a party of 8. Any ideas? We're talking inshore, Striper fishing is what he is looking for as a Father's Day present (not necessarily on that weekend).

Let me know if you know of any boats in the class.

Unless you plan to go on a head/party boat, you need to book 2 6pack charter boats for 8 passengers.

Kind of what I figured, but had to ask. I understand the USCG regulations, but didn't know if there were any boats out there that were licensed otherwise.
