Was in stratford on the housatonic for a couple hours yesterday, enjoying the day off and great weather. If snappers were alittle bigger i'd have been in trouble. just kept bopping them on the head w/the plug. could tell when thier big brothers were swinging by (1+lb tailors) cause they would scatter like roaches with the lights on. in coming tide was best, but bite stayed on till about 1:00. high was about 11:30am. Spoke to a couple guys who told me to move out deeper (35-40') but I was gettin ready to packit in anyway and it was getting pretty windy by then. hope to get out a little earlier today, I'll let you know how it goes. smo | ||
