    King Cod After Work Striped Bass

    Took my wife Amy and Jr. out after work today, for a quick shot at some Moriches Inlet bass.

    Anchored up and sent down the clam chum. Fresh skimmers on fishfinder rigs, "walked" back along the bottom.

    Nonstop action for 2+ hours, around 20 bass and a couple of bluefish. We kept the 3 largest bass all between 31 and 34 inches. About a dozen of the bass were 28" or better.
