I hit the north side of plum island with a friend. We where trying to catch what ever was down there. We where in 28 feet over water about a 100 yards off the island. We where trying to use clams. What wont eat them. We ended up catching 13 jumbo porgies Bobby guso style. Things where hudge. The smallest one we caught witch go live lined to a 10 lbs bluefish was 13 inches. Well needless to say i caught a bass 33 inches on the clam. We ended up with 13 porgies 1 bass and one blue. Not bad for a few hours on the water. Got out there at 4 and was in work at 11. Nice afternoon on the water. | ||
