Give Gambardella a call at 535-0743 and ask if any of the boats coming in have squid. If so, ask him to hold whatever you want, keeping in mind that he is a wholesaler and really does not want to fool around with with just a few pounds. Then bring a cooler along and pick up your order. He will usually allow you to take a shovel full of ice to keep your squid fine until you can get them home. I am assuming that what you are after is squid. If you want to mess around trying to catch them, then you are listening to the wrong person. With the fall fishing season reaching its peak, it is beyond me why anyone would want to target squid when there are so many different species of gamefish out there just waiting to double up your rod.
