Started the fluke season off fishing Saturday and Sunday for a few hours. The predicted 5-10 winds turned out to be a bit higher so some of the drifts end up against the tide. So, the fishing suffered. The fish are in, with the water at around 53, but seemed a bit sluggish. We had a three to one keeper ratio on Sat and went one for one on Sun. But, we only put four in the box in six hours. They ranged from 20.5 to 24.5. Slow start for us but it only gets better from here. | ||

| Great to hear you got some! That wind was something and going against the tide it screws up the drift big time. Supposed to be pretty windy for the next few days, but may get some time in on the morning outgoing. Forgot to mention water temp in our report , we read 53.6f Thanks for posting!
