Toggin the weather man blew it again Marilyn Jean Charters

Well the weather man was wrong again. We thought the weather report sounded fishy , So we snuck off the dock around 7 with John and Me ,Capt. Neil , Joe(gotog) Donald, Timmy and Joe. Fishing was pretty good right away with everyone catching a few but fishing quickly fell of. After a day of trying a few different areas down the south beach. We used both green and whites with the greenies out fishing the whites. Red ones with legs on , single hook rigs were on the rod that was the hot hand. Timmy was HH with 12 keepers keeping his limit, Joe took home 7 with the pool a fat 6lbr, Donald took home 5 and Capts. Neil and Joe had 5 between them. The bite was a little picky , But the company sure was fine and it was a nice warm fall day . Its always great fishing with the guys But it was a special pleasure fishing with Capts. Neil and Joe. Neil brought some of his fine customs they were a real pleasurs to fish can't wait to fish my new one thanks Capt.

Hi,

What Capt Tony posted is a very accurate post of our trip. The Marilyn Jean is a great boat to fish off and operate. He let me run the boat back to the inlet and I sure enjoyed that.

You should see Capt John double anchor that vessel. If I blinked I missed it. Man, can he make that boat dance. So quickly the anchors were set and when we dropped down we all had good bottom.

There is one fact that Capt Tony very graciously left out. As the representative from Long Island Sound I got my butt kicked royally by the boys "from the bay"!!! I was lo hook for the day. Can you imagine that??? I can! I even brought a secret weapion with me and now I have to embarassingly admit I let it down. Oh boy, this isn't good! Oh well, confession time. I wore my NBS hat all day!

Time for some zzzzzz's!

Capt Neil

Ahh Low hook Schmo hook . The north shore could not have had 2 better representatives than Captains Neil and Joe. If those things would have been biting right they would have killed them They were right in the Ball Park as no one had that many well except Timmy man he was hot yesterday.

Neil you forgot to take the hat I have for you

JIm the NBS HATS do look great .

Tony
