I was able to come in work late today SOOOOOOO. I left the Dock at 6 am to hit SWR. Low tide was 6:40ish. A perfect morning, flat, no wind and an easy tide. Plan was to 3-way eels and porgies for Stripers. Well Mr. Bluefish ate many eels and a few porgies. At 8:30 it was time to head in. I had one eel left so I made a final drift and was rewarded with a 39" striper. Go figure by this time the sun was high and tide was rippin at 1.8. I never would have guesssed I would have picked up a striper then. PG | ||
