Got out yesterday in the WIND and limited on tog's in the lee of the breakwall. Bait of choice was asian crabs over the greenies. About 12 feet of water and a lot of current on the outgoing tide. Biggest fish was just over 19". I was glad to get out and get something in that big blow! | ||

| Thanks Alloy, no pics this time, too cold and rough to even take the cam out of the dry-bag! The little Wahoo doesn't have much for gunnels! Actually my first attempt to get out and around Kelsey's point resulted in me getting soaked, so I went back in to the truck and changed into dry clothes, and full foul weather gear and tried again, it was a little more calm by then too, as the tide had started going out. The spray in that heavy wind is the pits... Good luck in RI, that was our intention yesterday, but my pops bailed on me because of the wind, so I decided to make a local trip. Left the fish biting. Too bad porgy is closed because I was bagging quite a few on the crabs, good size too... | ||
