| Sounds like a tax to me. It may start off as a good idea with good intentions but, in two or three years it will cost 30 bucks and all go in the general fund. It's all money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

| House and Senate by Town List: http://www.cga.ct.gov/maps/townlist.asp Until all issues are ironed out and there are definates from DEP, I'd say that this should not even be proposed much less go for a vote. If the issue is really that important as it is to me, I'll be letting reps know how they vote will determine how I vote next time they run!

| Start by sending your views to the members of the Environment Committee. The bill has to come out of that committee to go forward. Here's a link to the committee members: http://www.cga.ct.gov/asp/menu/Membe...e=ENV&doc_type= You can also view the agendas for when a public hearing will be held here: http://www.cga.ct.gov/asp/menu/CommD...V&doc_type=pha | ||
