| well i never expected to be terminated from the site. nothing confrontational from me. i do engage the self-imposed enforcers of game laws & ethics, those who don't catch fish love to challenge those who do! i e-mailed the site asking for the courtesy of an explaination....no response. damn! i even spent hundreds of $$ with their "adored" god, sir blaine.( he did screw up a couple penn reels on me but that is another story) oh well.....i guess i just don't get it. as to next season i will still be at browers cove on masons island & i look forward to meeting up with our members there & doing some fishing! i should be healed from my surgery & back in service by early may. we may be targeting more stripers next season with the expected reduction of fluke fishing  starting to snow now. guess i'll go to the basement to put a log in the wood stove & admire some of my fishing rods hanging from the cieling. cheers! cap'n mick | ||

Mick, I am glad you are here with us at NBSS ! Our situation over there seems somewhat similiar. My problems started when I challenged Sir Blaine on some issues. I received nasty-grams from both Fuzzy & Mitch, but when I asked for an explanation I was ignored. I love the premise of this site... No Bull Ship !

| aside from looking forward to fishing with new friends, i may need a "guided" tour to the voo-doo lounge. i understand it is near my dock & may be an appropriate spot to unwind after the rigors of an angling outing | ||

| Capt Mick, Welcome to sanity. I've had lots of sholder problems myslef, I can sympothize with you. Had torn Rotator Kuff R sholder and Detatched Labrum L sholder. It's definately a damper on fishing, Especially jigging. I've got to do some CT fishing. I haven't been to the race in a long time. Armand | ||

| armand, yeah thats what mine was, detached labrum with fractures in the "socket", arthoscopic re -attaching of ligaments with repair to the fracture. man it is all deep inside the shoulder. anyway i get my first introduction to percoset pain management pills. they really help & i definately know when it's time for another. as far as fishing the race..... a short run from my dock...i usually avoid it later in the season due to all the traffic..however it's great for the early runs in june, before the blues come. keep in touch, i often have open seats & i always fish a couple times a week. cheers! cap'n mick | ||
