They hate me and I know that so I should have expected a few more visits but still WTF! RI DEM stopped by with wetlands violation complaints (again) about my backyard activities.... No doubt my neighbors who I kicked off my property. They were after adverse possesion and I cut them short. Finally got them to put up a for sales sign and it now says "Pending". They too violated the wetlands laws. They've already bought another house. Should I eff with them and turn them in before the closing  or should I just let it go and hope the new neighbors are nice?Go ahead and give me reason to be an arse whole........

| Maybe wait and see if the new neighbors are nice. If the old neighbors don't like you that much, maybe they sold to some low rent a$$holes on purpose, just to piss you off even more. LOL | ||

| Personally I enjoy torturing people that piss me off. I have a very hard time letting things go. My wife thinks i need to go to anger manament but i keep telling her she just dont understand italians. part of me says tie them to the truck and drag them down the road. the whole time just keep asking them "How do you like me now. but with them moving, would your revenge stop the closing of the house? The people moving in might be good neighbors might be nice and might stay nice. I say let the closing go through and get them back in another way. Like putting something in the bargain news for sale like real cheap with there phone number. you would be suprised how well that works. I did it to an old boss of mine. I put his brand new pathfinder in the paper for $2000 with an ad saying getting divorced and she isnt getting this car.40 something calls the first day. i still laugh when i think about it. he got an attitude adjustment and I had satisfaction you wouldnt believe. this is just my 2 cents

| That is just too funny!!!!! I might do something like that.... If I were to file a complaint, it would definitely postpone the closing and pissing off the new neighbors may not be a good thing..... Glad that was mentioned. These people built very close to an old pond. A house should not have gone in there but someone knew someone... After the house was up, beavers dammed the pond and water got a lot closer to their house and they wanted me and my neighbor down stream to remove the beavers. We said no.... It was not causing a problem and they opened the door to it by putting that house where it should not have gone in the first place. Nasty rains a year ago resulted in them getting some water in their basement. Not from the pond flooding but from beneath the slab. That really PO'ed them. They put their house on the market and I figured it a good time to mark the property line before new people moved in. We suspected they were on our land but did not have boundary markers to be sure.. It took the engineer a few months to get here and do the job. Meanwhile they could not sell and took the house off the market. They then paved their driveway a few days before the site survey. Yup.... driveway is partially on my land.... Their well is a foot from the property line and they have an established lawn, a swingset and some other stuff on my land. Guy comes home from work and is an ass when he sees the property line markers.... I would have let them keep the stuff there but the attitude forced me to tell them to move the stuff. They never did move it..... I hired out to have a fence installed and informed them of it. Still nothing gets moved. Several times I told them and they did nothing.... Fence crew was due to start one morning and I grabbed the chainsaw to part out the cedar swingset. Wife stopped me and convinced me to tilt it far enough to get some 16 foot long 4x4's under it. We then slid it off the property. His real estate wife had a fit when she got home and took it out on the fence crew. At that point it became obvious she was after adverse possesion. At least that is what the fence crew thought due to something she said. They did not want to get in the middle of it and told me no more than that. That's when the DEM complaints started..... A full year and a half passed with me doing small amounts of cutting near the water. Each time I started the chainsaw she complained I was making the water back up farther. Each time DEM did nothing as it was obvious the beavers were the cause not me... The beaver have since moved on (I think someone shot them) and the dam is falling apart. The lower water level left me with dead trees and brush. Limbs falling, trees falling over all on dry land. I cut them for firewood and burned the little stuff. AND SHE CALLED AGAIN~~~~~~~~ DEM asked me to move a boat and some lumber. That may be it. I MIGHT have to do some restoration if they think I cleared more than what was historically cleared. It will be hard for them to prove that.... Hopefully it will all work out. They move and I continue to maintain my land....

| Here is another good one i did. a couple of years ago there was a guy a couple of slips away from my boat. he drank bigtime. he used to throw crackers and bread on my boat so the seagull would eat it and $hit all over the boat. I kept tell him to stop. my wife just kept saying let it go. well one day i had an afternoon charter. i got to the marina the same time as the people i was taking out. i walk up to the boat just to find bread and seagull $hit everywhere. the guy who did it was drunk and laughed his ass off. This wasnt good for business.i wanted to beat his a$$ but he was old. I knew he was going away for the weekend so now it was my turn. I went and bought 2 live chickens. found his cabin keys and put the chickens in the cabin with a bag of popcorn and a bowl of water. he wasnt to happy after that. There was chicken crap everywhere. to this day if there is bird$hit on my boat he cleans it up so i dont think he did it.

| Seems like alot of bad history there. But they are moving so let them move and have fun getting back in different ways. with the property lines set now i dont think you will have a problem with the new people. just to keep relations good when you meet the new neighbors i would give your side of the story. you never know what the other people told them.

| You and I think a lot alike....  Remind me to not piss you off LOL!!!!! I was inches from putting a chicken coop and a pigs along the property line last fall when their for sale sign went up. It is far enough from my house to not be too big a bother and it would have driven them crazy. I had to cancel my order from the local True Value for the chickens and call the pig farmer. That's how close I got to doing it.... The rooster crowing all the time and the smell would have been a riot...... They city folk...... Their property was cleared completely to my property. In fact onto my land. I had enough trees to not be able to see their house from mine. I cut 75% of the trees, burned everything and brush hogged all the under growth. They lost all the privicy my woodlot provided them. I then set up a picnic area and burn pit just on my sid eof the fence. The property line is at a 45 degree angle going by the back right corner of their house, so in effect I was in "their" back yard (or what they were previously useing as their back yard. Man oh man they wanted to kill me..... I also mulched over all they lawn they had been maintaining with woodchips from the local tree guy. I've taken in 20+ truck loads since. They tried to get me in trouble with DEM for solid waste laws but since I have been spreading them out and using them, I am legal. BTW... with all this snow coming they have no place to put it except on my land. Think I'll tell them to put away the snowblower and shovel it the other way.... To their front lawn. BTW.... I am friendly with just about everyone on the street. These neighbors of mine don't talk to anyone. I'll win the new people over in no time. Especially if the lady of the house is a looker LOL!!!! Women in the neighborhood spend so much visiting with me that I'm refered to by their husbands as "the wife's boyfriend" I even get along with the husbands LOL!!!! These people were the problem and the exception.

| LOL way to go!!!!! With all the wildlife in your area you should tie some road kill like a dead racoon or squirl to there car at night. leave about 5 feet of slack so they cant see it in the rearview mirror. wait till they leave for work in the morning. watch them drive away draging the thing. then call the cops from your cell phone. other driver usually do the same. they end up getting pinch for animal cruelty. the cops always asume the animal was alive before they draged it.trust me it works!!!
