Lightbulb Firefox

Did anyone else get the notice and update for the firefox browser?
Currently this is what I'm running:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2) Gecko/20070219 Firefox/2.0.0.2

Also there are free addons. Are any of you using them? Any good?

Thanks,
Bob

I'm actually using the new IE7....works similar.

But I was trying Firefox up until the new version of IE came out.

I've been using it for quite some time and have no plans on using IE again... I have it and will use it when firefox is not compatable but that is becoming a rarity.

Add-ons.... I'm using a few...... tried many more. Un-plug is a good one.

Love the tabs and being able to open a whole favorite folder of sites in one shot.

I use firefox exclusively, the latest version, for all web browsing. Now, I have to jump back to IE7 (or IE6) when there are compatability issues (not too often) or when I am testing web site builds.

I will NEVER go back to IE as my primary browser. IE7 introuced tabbed browsing for Microsoft (however, it has been around for a couple of years in the Mozilla, Opera, and other browsers). IE simply had to keep up. The real problem is that IE7 still does not have the features that the others do, and never will.

I use a few Extensions in Firefox:

FireFTP
Forecastfox (Weather)
Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer
Gmail Space
Tabbrowser Preferences (hands down the best add on)

Thanks. I give some of those a try.
I find I have many fewer problems with firefox than I ever did using Internet Explorer. Hopefully it stays that way. I haven't even d/l the latest IE.
