Lobstah "Inheritance" ALL DONE for 2007 (PICS)

Well, she got pulled last Saturday by Frank (Bay View Boat Haulers, check him out at http://www.nbssportfishing.com/vBfor...rwick-ri-6063/) and set on my property. I powerwashed her right away.

We winterized her last Monday.

Today, Craig Parkhurst (Parkhurst Nautical, check him out at http://www.nbssportfishing.com/vBfor...rwick-ri-6064/) shrinkwrapped her.

BTW, both are top notch guys, Frank and Craig! NBS with either of them!

All wrapped up for the winter........she logged well over 200 hours this year, and it was a great season! Last season we put about 50 hours (only a part season, bought late August).

(My father bought her last August with 262 hours on her LOL! In the first 11 years of her life that was all she was run. Now she's got over double that LOL in just over a year of use.)

That's how boats SHOULD be used!!!!!

Well, yes and no......

A time to get caught up on some maintenance items and some good deep cleaning and "going-thru"

The beauty of the shrink-wrap is that we can work inside with a little Mr. Heater and be in a t-shirt........

Come spring, we pretty much cut the shrink off, and dunk her, and get her all bloodied up all over again

74, what does that boat draft out of curiosity? Nice keel on her!! All this talk of pulling boat brings tears to my eyes. When I'm winterizing mine in the first snow storm I will also have tears but from cold hands

Hope for one or two more tog trips. Is there a nice public ramp in Wickford that you know of??

Drafts 2-1/2 feet.......Yeh, she's got a nice keel THX lol

The hell with the ramps in Wickford LOL.....

Pleasant Street we used in past years.......but it sucks and the pompous residents bitch about parking on the street.

Behind the police station.......terrible.....

Use Allen Harbor, where we slip the boat.

This time of year, there's apt to be noone there to have to pay anyway, especially early in the AM, so you'll use it for free. If they're there when you pull out, it won't matter, that's not when they collect, you just drive by.
