Who's doin it?  This'll be my 14th consecutive year    Where: Mackerel Cove, Jamestown, RI Water Temp: ~ 40 degrees Weather: E winds 5 to 10 kt...becoming se 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt in the late morning and afternoon. Waves 1 to 2 ft. At the Bay entrance...waves 2 to 3 ft...building to 3 to 5 ft in the afternoon. A chance of snow in the morning...then a chance of rain and snow in the afternoon. Vsby 1 nm or less...increasing to 1 to 3 nm in the afternoon. WHO'S GOT THE NADS?? (If you do, you'll have a hard time findin' em after!  )
