| Sorry to here for your loss it defiantly is tough loosing a dog, feels like loosing a family member or close friend. Best thing to do is keep busy (GO FISHING), and get another pet to take your mind off things. I just lost 2 dogs over the winter recently, one was not even a year old, and my other dog was 17years old. Are thoughts are with you and your family. Keep your head up the fish will be here soon my friend.

Where else can you drink tall 22 oz. beers all night and eat wings and mini corn dogs....and get out of there for $10/head including tip? ![]() BTW, we're working on another dog....not a new puppy, but an adoption of a 1 YO Siberian......she's out in Indiana right now.

| Good luck with the dog. Yeah I got my days mixed up, you'd figure I'd know it was wing night as I pass by the place every day for work. Last time I was in there I raided the cookie jar at closing. Damn good cookies. Maybe next time. Soon enough I'll see you out on the water. | ||

Well, we're off to pick up Sierra, a 1yo female Siberian Husky, in the morning up in Mass! She came in from Indiana Friday morning, has been vet-checked again, and will be ready in the morning We found out that she even survived a Tornado a couple months ago where she was being cared for in Indiana....it ripped thru the caregiver's home and dog kennels! ![]() Apparently she is a very happy dog too, gets along with all the dogs and cats she has ever met, etc. Here's a few pics the shelter in Mass sent us......I'll take more pics once we go there

| Eric, Sorry for your loss, Eric. Be assured that if there's a Heaven, then Kobie is there as without dogs it certainly wouldn't be Heaven. | ||

| Eric - good luck w/ the new pup - we just went thru a similar process over x-mas. Had to put ours down x-mas eve out of the blue after surviving a bout w/ cancer. I cried like a baby - and it does just suck. We ended up getting another doberman thru the rescue league. Strange having a new dog in the house, but also great. We didn't make it but 3 wks. Me being out of town for a week, got my wife motivated to get a new dog - funny how a 100lbs of dog makes you feel more secure. We still miss the old guy, but having a new dog in the house helps. Looks like you found a good one. | ||
