Time to Suspend a License

Check this one out, both times the boat had absolutely no business being out on the water. In the first case, someone died and this one they had to abandon the vessel. In each case they put the rescuers lives on the line. I think it is time the Captain of the Port suspend this guys Masters License.

Dave your right about a suspension. This man is putting lives at risk. He needs to learn some lessons.

Original link worked for me but I agree with you, that he needs to be suspended and then billed. If he posseses a valid Masters Liscence then increased responsiblity should be expected instead of repeat fatally poor decisions.
