| Best Anchor Choice Was curious to see what everyones preference was for anchors in and around LIS. I'm leaning towards the bruce or claw type anchor, they seem to cover a wide variety of bottom conditions and have come highly recommended. |

| For the last few seasons I have used a 14 lb Delta with 12' of chain on my 19' cc and never had a problem holding anywhere, in any bottom type, in LIS. Having lost said anchor, chain, and 120' of rode on my last blackfish trip last season I decided to replace it with a 15 lb Manson Supreme fixed shank plow which looks really good. Hope I don't lose it because at $175.00 it is a bit pricey! |
