Green lube coming from Prop

I just got home and notice that there is this light green color lube coming from out of the prop of my lower unit. I did go out yesterday and she ran well came home and flush her out with fresh water I did notice that the water wasn't squirting out of the port hole as strong but I did think anything of it maybe a clog of sand particles or maybe it the flusher/earpuffs not clamping tight enough anyways bill Johnson just put on a remanuf. lower unit from outboard exchange its a 89 Mercury Outboard Blackmax V6 150HP could this be lower gear lube?

Darkman didn't have much luck with Bill's in the recent past (from the sounds of it).
It could be a couple things lower unit seal is allowing gear lube (usually green oil) to emulsify and exit the prop area or just extra prop grease.

I was told by someone who had a similiar outboard 89 Mercury V6 Blackmax 150HP that its oil coming from the exhaust which happen sometimes b/c of insufficient mixing. I guess it fixes itself. (I hope I've gone out two weeks in a row without anymore signs of it i.e. bill had call and said he would have stop by never saw him.
