If you have a bunch of water in the fuel Star-tron will do nothing for you. You will need to completely remove all the bad gas. This is easily done with a small electric fuel pump you can buy at any auto parts store.

They do make a product called EZ zorb but know nothing about it.

Get a portable tank with fresh gas and see if it runs this way.

Frank I sent you a PM
As far as the fuel there's a pump on the engine once it starts the pump takes over and supplies the engine .

Not a mechanic

I am very technicly challenged but that happened to me 20+ years ago and it turned out the vent was not open or clogged on my portable tank.I assume there is a vent on the built in tank or the gas would not flow.It may be a stupid thought ,but maybe it is that simple.

Check for an air leak

With these new ethanol gasoline fuels things that would have worked for years are now giving boaters all kinds of trouble. I was driven nuts by a portable six gallon tank that the ethanol fuel ate a pin hole right through the intake tube at its very top (inside the tank, of course). If I pumped the primer hard enough I could get back home since the surplus gasoline would squirt out the intake tube and fall back into the tank. I do not care how good a fuel pump you have, if your intake tube is holed, you have got problems. The recommendations made by others to substitute a portable tank is a good one. If your motor then runs well, you will just have to pull the guts out of your old tank and fix or replace what is broken.

Chuck sorry i didnt PM you back FN Rain sucks when you need to do something outside anyway ill try and hook up/PM to see when i can borrow all this info, as for the vent im assuming the Vent is the thing that forces air out when your filling the boat up cause that thing works as when i was putting Gas in 2 weeks ago i could here it, i have TOTALLY new Fuel hoses to the water separator, from the water separatot to the Tank is NOT replaced, i will once again state it will start but once i throttle up it's like its choking or not getting gas, im gonna try the Portable tank or fill a 5 gallon Home depot bucket up and see if it runs, once again ill ask with hose in the Bucket when i throttle up will this inject more fuel into engine cause if so and it doesnt i must assume my fuel pump is shot

I f the fuel pump is working it will push fuel to the carbs out of a bucket .You'll still need the ball on the hose to get fuel flowing.
