Tongue Jack Suck

anyone ever had there tongue jack suck all the way up. For the winter I grease it up nicely sat two blocks under the tonge and turned it up all the way now the darn thing won't come back down.

Just replaced mine last week
It was the POS that came with trailer.No grease zerk.
I bought a better one from BW.

That really stucks when that happens Try takin the cap off the top of it and spray wd-40 in it

hey chuch I tried that there seem to be alot of grease when I took off that cap. I also used a floor jack to jack up the tongue removed the cement blocks and rest it on the wheel but its just seem to crank away while the wheel turns around but the jack isn'nt moving I also bang down on it with a hammer while cranking it nothing seem to work

Hold the wheel from turning that may be what you need to do.Mine wont go down either if the wheel spins around .

Mine did it this year. I did what Chuck recommended, but added some "magic words" and it freed right up.
I'd have to post in another forum, the "magic words".

I used to hate tongue jacks until my last trailer I bought with a 5,000# drop-jack......never had trouble with that one, worked beautifully
