Garmin 182c Chartplotter GPS

i was using this Tue (first time since last year) and i noticed the Details are gone the Details im talking about are the Names of the Various Marina's where i launch in Clinton Cedar island just shows up as drawing with No Name my Wayponits are there but the Detailed stuff dissappeared any Help would be Great

I believe it can be found on the "map" tab in the general settings. I'd have to look at my gps to be sure. Also remember that some things won't show at certain "zoom" settings. Zoom in and see if they are showing that way. Else I'd hit "menu, menu, map" check the tabs at top of that page. I believe you're looking to show "services".

Should be the same menu set-up or very similar. I've got a 232 and 130 and it's on both if you have the chip.

Found the Problem

i had taken the GPS apart and apparently the Small (very small) stranded wire came loose and it was a B**ch getting it placed back in but that was it!!! Bingo all the Details returned (just hope it doesn't pop out again)

Stupidity i quess

Bob i has some Condensation on inside (not sure how that Happened ) so i wanted to make sure the Gasket was on tight as well as make sure inside wasn't wet

I think many/most get some condensation. Was just busting about "adventure" lol.
