One other thing that is sorely lacking is so-called "Manufacturer's" not paying the federal "Exise Tax". there are soooo many mis-consceptioins out there it boggles my mind. Some builders think because they don't put hooks on their plugs they don't have to pay for it. The law is actually very simple. But we should all be pissed at the individuals who don't pay it because the money goes directly into fisheries management to help save the fishery.
