| Been wicked busy at work - I'm a mgr in a receiving inspection department - Manufaturing plants all have some sort of lean manufacturing program like six-sigma -We have A.C.E. - has 3 levels of expertise that it awards to departments bronze, silver,gold (like the olymipics) - My area has been "Gold" for 5 years. We're the team to beat so the auditors try to ream us when they come in - I'm glad to say my team is still bulletproof. costs me Lots of long hours in the mill without pay - but it keeps job security for my guys and that means a lot to me. Done now for another year - I'm gonna get good 'n drunk now...... Im practicing for the next week..(ahem)....Ola, Amigo! Uno cervaza por favor!.... | ||
