I got some rod in today not much though. I'll be trying to get my boys to work in the basement this weekend to see if we can get some out for the Martha's Vinyard shoot out.

Well guys Thanks very much for the prayers. I woke up this morning able to move it a little further but still painful. Seems to be subsiding a little. But the darn meds are doing a number on my stomach . They boys have agreed to do some work to help out after soccer Hopefully A batch of 15 to 20 will be done by Monday

I have the gout. I had to give up drinking to get rid of the pain. I'm still on meds ,Allopurinal. What helped was Black cherry juice, fresh beets cooked w/the greens and plenty of water.Beer is the worst. I broke my leg once and the pain was almost equal to gout flare ups.
