Great job man. Did you use a hook shank for the rear hair? Great touch.

Save the scrap when you trim your (through wire) tail loops. Take the scrap piece of wire and bend an open eye loop in it and leave enough tag end to tie your tail hair!! Saves hooks!!

Tip; The trick to a good open eye loop is to form a full loop and cut it to form the opening!!

Igot... save your siwash hooks...grab some short SS eye screws. If closed, one whack with hammer and screwdriver opens 'em right up. Threads help hold the materials on...just an alternative to cutting good hooks. I used to use eye scews in my plugs until I finally got a clue on center drilling...notice I said a "clue"..still not flawless...so I had quite a few laying around and decided giving them a try...was a good move...waste not want not. I cut the 1.5 and 3/4 inch screws down to size.
And what Charleston said!

AND...GREAT LOOKIN' SCALES...AND PLUG.
