| OK, Jason, I think I've fixed your username issue. BČ Tackle should be back and functioning as normal. Let me know, and I'll drop the new name. This was a fallout from the server migration last night (special characters like superscript, don't always port well). Sorry about that. Brad - |

| It's still not 100%. My email notices adress me as ": Dear B� Tackle" The squared symbol shows as an empty square box and here it's a diamond with a "?" in it. Sorry my moniker is a PIA Brad....

| Well, it is going to take me quite a while to fix this little dilemma. It deals with character set coding, and the setting and conversion of the entire database. I may not even be able to fix it, without putting the entire board at risk (which I will not do). Jason, Would it be OK if we changed your name to "B2 Tackle" for a while, to see if that solves the email problem. It may end up being the case, that I can't fix this in any short period of time, and will have to perform this table, by table, with a unicode conversion, for all 130 tables. This will take me weeks to months to do, so as not to jeopardize the board. |
