Hi all

Hi to everyone, new member here. I run a fleet of six pack boats of Newport, RI, and am looking forward to contributing to this fine site, as well taking advantage of the wealth of knowledge I'm sure is present here. Thanks to Jim for recruiting me.

Welcome. I love the Point Judith area. It's good to have another local professional on board.

Such a nitpicker Eric......however, read the first sentence in the first page of his site...knothead.
:wallbash:

"Coastal Charters operate out of Newport and Point Judith RI,..."

That 55' Viking looks like a sweet boat too...schweet !!

Thanks for the welcome guys. My webpage will be updated shortly to reflect some new additions and unfortunately a loss. The 55' Viking was sold in November by the owner . He currently is negotiating for a new Jim Smith 60, so fingers crossed.... So nice to play with other people's toys!!
We are based out of Newport, RI, we had a vessel in Pt. Jude but are moving it up to Newport for 2007.
Our 2007 fleet will have a 21 Mako w 175 Etec for 1-3 anglers light tackle inshore, a 24' Rampage Sportfish for 1-5 anglers inshore/offshore, a 28' Contender w twin Merc 250's, and a 31' Blackwatch Express w twin 270 Cummins, both for 1-6 man inshore/offshore and canyon runs. I am currently working on some special web pricing for this and another site I am a member on, and will post up once I solidify it all. Our goal is to try and offer a few trips that will compete price-wise with fares on your average party boat.

Had a '74 Formula 233 (yellow w/hardtop/rocket launcher, etc) that I sold to a guy in Sweden.
