Welcome aboard there Old Mud. Jump in when you can, it's all good. If you can use a finger, then you're as good as many here, I'm sure.

How was the commercial Tuna season this year up there? I had read that it was rough, with the herring population being destroyed by the draggers/seiners.

It's good to have ol' salts like yourself here. Experience outweighs all else in the marine fishery.

Enjoy !!

Yeh, welcome Don!

If you saw the site's owner, Arctek Jim, type a post.....(and I have several times).....it's pretty painful.....so I'm sure you'll do just fine!

(Hint: I see that you use punctuation, you capitalize where required, and use spaces. Hahahahaha)

Thanks for that: Possum, Don't know where you got that handle ,maybe i shouldn't ask lol. I have a big smile right now just thinking about road kill. As far as the season, well you heard right. If you go to the refrigerator when you'r hungry and it's empty, you go elsewhere . NO BAIT ,HERRING! It's a long story i'm sure you've heard about some of it. I would be here for days if i told you what i know about it. When i learn to use this thing i'm sure i'll be more help. Thanks everyone for the welcome. Don
