The New guy neds fluking help...

Hey All, New to the board and love what I've been reading so far. Look forward to more new posts. I need some Fluking advice around New Haven. I floated aroung the East wall for two days using squid strips and chubs with nothing but one sea bass. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanx

I'll need to defer to the boys from that area (Full Moon, Reel Crazy, ChuckA, etc..) as they work the western LIS area (mostly for stripeys) but they know it well.

I don;t know the dragger patters over there either (since I fish the eastern LIS, FIS, and BIS areas, but they ccan and do completely foul up any area they come through. Fishing near lobster pots is always good, as they can't ge tin there, but you will loose rigs. Find some nice inclines out in open water, where you get a nice hump 15-20 in a short period and drift the inclines.

Branford boys....any help for crabbydavey out there?

BTW, Welcome to NB$ !
