| OK OK, it's not a recipe' thread but: I rubbed a little bit of olive oil in the stoneware pan dropped in a little bit of bread crumbs then laid the fillets in there. Over the top sprinkled a little Mrs. Dash seasoning and some pepper and salt, drizzled a little lemon juice and covered with crushed ritz crackers. Over the ritz put a couple pads of butter. popped it into the oven at 400 deg for 30 minutes and OOOOLALA yummie for the tummie ![]() Your fat friend Armand | ||
