Fished sat on my friend Jacks 38' pacemacker. Left TRYC at 5:30 am
cod and haddock 1st stop very slim pickins only a few haddock over 19 that we let go for another day.2nd stop lots of dogs stoped using clams and switched to jigs still lots of dogs a few short cod then wham! nice 15# codfish . Thought the day would heat up but it never did .Jack landed a nice 12# cusk and a few more haddock and the rest was all to the dogs. current was with the wind so fishing was tough 260-320 ft
