I am pretty sure Cod is @ 22" and 10 fish creel for RI/NY waters, but I could be wrong.

RI 2007 Regs:

Cod
22"
No closed season
10 fish/person/day

Haddock
19"
No closed season
No limit
Pollock
19"
No closed season
No limit

Should be the same for these for 2008, but the 2008 Rec. Regs haven't been posted yet.
