| RELENTLESS Friday 4/25 Fished today with repeat customer Bernie Thomas and crew.Had flat calm sea and some nice action waiting for us when we hit the bank. It was a slow pick most of the day with alot of shorts.We did tag and release 11 codfish from18-23 inches.The guys were very patient and it paid off at the dock with a very nice mix of cod and haddock fillets and the fish of the day 22 lb wolfish 1st of the year caught by John Brosnan. most of the action was in 130-160 ft and mostly jigs but the bait did take the wolf and a few haddock. We fished ontop and east of the bank toward the north. Great crew that fished very well. |
