older outboards

I have 2 old outboards that I've never restored and would like to get rid of. I have a 1950's era johnson seahorse 35hp and a sears 5 hp (not sure of the year). both of them need restoration. If anyone here is interested in them just send me a pm. any reasonable offers will be accepted.

The one that restores old boats/motors. He may be real interested.
Real nice guy.
Let me know if interested and I'll give him a yell if you don't know him.

edit to add ...
p.s. goes by Frank_P on that board.

I spoken to him about these via e mail but I am no longer welcome on that board due to my political views on the death of that dirty little arab (saddam). thats ok though because this site is much more "american" and I don't feel as if I am going to be censored on this site. I'm here to talk about fishing anyways.

Straight Up. It's absolutely AMAZING the horse pucky that folks get "tossed" for. There seems to be a trend...

i look at it this way. If I never got tossed then I would never have found this site. no offense to "the other site" but it seems like people actually discuss fishing on this site rather than expressing their displeasure with other peoples posts. If you ask me censorship is pretty un american and I in no way support anyone or thing that is. I find that If I am reading a post That I find displeasing then I simply stop reading it and that solves the problem. besides it is the other persons right to speak his or her mind as long as it is within reason, regardless of wether or not I agree with it. anyways, someone please buy my outboards, I need to clear out some room for some more fishing gear for this season.

Sorry. Didn't want to start a political mb thing.
I've seen pictures of racks of restored motors by him and his latest boat/motor combo and figured he'd be the guy.

thank you for the heads up on frank. I e mailed him a few weeks ago but haven't heard from him since. If you happen to chat with him feel free to let him know they are still available.
