Preferably a 15 with no power. I need a boat to get my kids started with, I had a 15 with a 65hp merc as a kid and looking to return to my childhood. Any condition would be considered. | ||

| Bryan, You may also consider a 14' Maritime. A bit wider & deeper............ I purchased one for my boys four years ago complete for $4500 BMT plus all the electronics etc... We fish all the back waters, beach it, tube with it etc..........great little boat!! Good luck, AT

| Too bad... earlier this year a friend sold his 14' Maritime with a honda 40hp on it. Lots of old 13' whalers around...I'll keep a look out for one being sold.

| Thanks guys. I have a perfect 70hp outboard in stock so a 15 would be ideal. I would consider a 13 if it was resonable or I could trade the 70 toward it. | ||

| Bryan, I have a 13' Whaler sitting in the back yard. It has a 20hp Johnson that only needs a starter, but I've been too lazy to do anything, so she's sat this season. The boat is a '65 in very good shape for her years. The trailer is unregistered, but worked just fine last time I used it. The wood needs to be redone, but it will no doubt clean up fine with some sanding and some varnish. Anyway, I was going to clean it up, replace the starter and sell her for $2.5K, otherwise, as is, she's for sale for $1500 firm. Let me know if you want to take a peak. I haven't listed her for sale anywhere else. John | ||

| There's a lil Whaler at the consignment shop in North Kingstown, 10 mins from me.....was poking around there the other day and it's in front of the shop. No motor. Not sure if it's a 13 or 15, but it's a small one. Also a J16 Carolina Skiff, with a 2000 25-horse Yamaha, pretty cheap. OK, just looked it up on craigslist, the Whaler is only an 11'. Sorry lol. 1975 11' Boston Whaler Here's the J16: 2007 16' Carolina Skiff with Yamaha 25 hp outboard
