The International Custom Rod Building Exposition

The International Custom Rod Building Exposition will be taking place on Feb. 17 & 18, in High Point, NC.

I will be there, along with fellow North East Rod Builders. We have a booth, and will be doing demos on thread art, and answering any questions anyone may have. We will also have some of our rods on display. We are not there to make money, we just want to show others what we like to do, and also a place for us to hang out at the show. There are also plenty of free seminars going on all weekend, and all the top vendors in the industry will be there also. And plenty of great deals also, I know I will be coming home with a truckload of blanks and components!!! This show is biggest and the best, a must for rod builders.

If your in the High Point, NC., stop in and say hello!!

Sean

Seminars/shows.

Hi folks,

I have attended Seminars around the country but have not been able to get to this show, yet. If you are interested in building rods or already build rods for yourself or others, this is a very good show. By going to seminars/shows like this is an eye opening experience. You will see unbelieveable work and ideas. You get to meet the builders that did the inventing and you also get to pic their brains. I have yet to meet a closed mouth builder. We actually don't know when the shut up, ha ha.

You will meet the famous names of rod building and form a network of people who will be there to help when you need help.

I do the NY Sportsfishing Federation Show every year and it is held on the same weekend.

Sean, have a great time.

Hi Capt,

I usually show up on Friday around noon or so as I have very little to set up. Friday afternoon is affectionally called "seniors day". It is kinda slow. Saturday morning is very busy.

They have me holding a meeting on party boat techniques. Forgot what day and time.

Will be good to see you again.

Also good to see Capt John, the crew and wives will be with you at the Bash.

Neil
