| Rod building class, Feb 25 Hi, Steve Petrie and I are conducting our annual rod building class on Feb 25, 2007 in Lindenhurst, Long Island. It is limited to 20 people, $50 check holds your seat and includes a 1 hour sea food buffet. Good eats!!! Class is held in a room at the restaurant/sea food market. It is a tell and show type of presentation from 10Am till 4PM. Past attendees are now making their own great creations. If interested contact me at 631-567-8049. Steve also brings his blanks/components/and supplies show with him. This is the creator of the PETRIE FISH and the greatest DVD on how to build a custom fishing rod. I hang around with only the BEST. Capt Neil

| Bryan Hi, I have good news for you. Was saving this for a couple more weeks. Well no time like the present. This is just a peek. I will put up another thread just for the Vernon CT Rod building Seminar in a couple weeks. Evening March 23 is sign in for the guys coming afar. Actual seminar starts on Sat Mar 24 and ends Snday Mar 25. This was the semi annual RodCrafter Seminar. However RodCrafters is no longer, sob, sob. Al Goldberg who ran this seminar for RodCrafters is hosting this on his own in order to keep it going. Also gives us old RodCrafters a reason to meet and see each other. This is an opportunity to see fine craftsmanship and talk to the craftsmena nd ladies. Yes, sometimes ladies attend and let me say they do excellent work. Many discussions and demos are part of the weekend. I hope we can get some of you anglers from the New England area to attend. Join in the fun and it is a great experience. If anyone wants info you can call Al Goldberg at 631-668-0385 or email him at rodprof@optonline.net. Let him know you saw it in this post. Thanks. He will send you the info packet. Capt Neil
