| I CARE. While our current retarded president needs to find his special home, outside of leading our government, the current race is concerning on the (D) side of the fence. I think that if the "super delegates" make the choice, and not overall results, there will be an outcry, and the Democrats could likely lose the election because of it. Personally, I am not a Hillary Clinton fan, and I have my reasons, but any slimy ways of obtaining the nomination could actually hurt the liberal party. Hell, I'm a Republican, and McCain doesn't shine to me (granted I am a moderate). Obama would be my choice, if given the opportunity. | ||

| being a conservative on the moderate side of things i tend to agree with what brad said, and that was my original point. why bullshit all the dems voting in the primarys if the conclusion is allready determined by the virtue of super delegates who plege allegiance to former president slick willy. further more we all know bush to be a complete f#*k-up. we don't need war-mongers, however those who dare attack us deserve a SEVERE SPANKING.... legal or illegal i think covert actions would be very effective. oh, and to water boarding, if 100 tortured mussies saves one american life, GOOD. if 10,000 tortured combatants saves my childs life, BETTER!! | ||

| Wow scary post "K". I'm a veteran and one thing I strongly agree with McCain on is that we do not use TORTURE. If we sell out to that method than we are the terrorists of the world. Now to the question at hand: "superdelagates" they will go with the top vote getter precisely for the reasons stated here. They do not want to completely divide the party and risk letting Sen. George W. McCain getting the white house. Armand | ||

| armand, it was just a little bait looking for a response. however, is there anyone who didn't think the pyramid of nearly naked combatants leashed to a dominatrix was really, really funny? even our officials who condemned it were doing so behind stifled laughs. (imho) if that was TORTURE, (hurting their feelings) then thats the only kind i'd want inflicted on our troops. (or my family) better than beheading or other mutulations. btw, sorry but i really do believe our lives are more important than those who wish us harm. the longer i live the less tolerant i am of those who wish to control How i live. (including our government) as to the super delegates, we are being told that they do NOT have to cast vote for the candidate with the MOST primary votes. (hope i'm wrong) now let's get ready for fishin' cap'n mick | ||

| Maybe it was because I was raised in the slums of Brooklyn, but it was pounded into me at a very early age that you do not expect to win a street fight by obeying the Markus of Queensbury rules. Avoid a fight at all costs, but if you end up in one anyway, kick the living s##t out of them by any means that you can. It is a lot better for them to end up in the hospital than you. The trouble I have with Bush is, he has to be the worst commander in chief this country ever had. He does not have a clue how to go about winning a war. It would appear that the only thing he has accomplished is getting too many of our troops back home mangled or in body bags. Based on what we were told concerning the weapons of mass destruction, and the fact that Iraq had violated a dozen or more of the "end of war resolutions", I was unsure if we should have went to war. However, now knowing what kind of moron Bush is when it comes to winning a war, this has to be the biggest mistake we ever made. Avoid a war at all costs, but if circumstances force you into one, then fight to win. The enemy determines the rules of engagement not us! If they respect the Geneva Convention, then we must respect it too. The argument that "we are better than the enemy so we should not do this or that" is the quickest way to get our troops mangled and puts us on the road to defeat. Think about this, we have not won a major conflict since WWII. Enough said! | ||
