Broiled Weakfish

Broiled Weakfish



About 1 ? 2 Pounds of Weakfish Filets
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Sliced Lemon
Salt (Optional)
Pepper (Optional)
Texas Pete Hot Sauce (Optional)

Place Weakfish in a greased baking pan greased with the Olive Oil. Brush with butter and then salt and pepper to your liking. Add a few to several drops of Texas Pete on top of the fish. Add ? of the sliced lemon to the pan and at least one piece on top of each filet. Broil fish 4-6 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes or until the center of the fish flakes evenly
